A Practice for Forgiveness

Meditation on Twin Hearts has offered an opportunity and technology to instill greater states of peace, harmony and illumination in my life.  I have made significant personal changes and more importantly have had greater influence in helping others experience peace and harmony.  It is through a practice of forgiveness that this has become possible.

By practicing Meditation on Twin Hearts regularly, a practitioner enters an active practice of forgiveness.  Although the benefits of forgiving and releasing resentments are common; it is uncommon to have been taught ‘how’ to forgive.  This meditation offers a “simple solution” by guiding the practitioner through blessing and becoming a divine instrument of peace.  The following stanza guides a practitioner through a clear path to forgiveness:

“Where there is Injury; pardon.  Allow yourself to be a channel for Divine Forgiveness, Divine Reconciliation.  Bless the Earth with the Spirit of Forgiveness; the Spirit of Reconciliation. Let there be Understanding, Harmony and Peace. “Master Choa Kok Sui, Meditation on Twin Hearts

Through the practice and action of choosing to be this channel we accept an opportunity to forgive.  We forgive with an open heart and spiritual connection to the divine.  We are not asked to personally accept others misgivings or our own shortcomings but instead to just be a channel.  With hands poised to bless the earth; we invite and allow the divine to come through and do the work.  I am often astounded in the simplicity, beauty and miracles that occur when we allow ourselves to channel this energy. The freedom in understanding the power of becoming a channel offers an opportunity to let go and create space for the divine to work through us.

Let’s enter a discussion about forgiveness…What are the challenges?  More importantly, What are the blessings experienced through forgiveness?
